We offer you 2 holiday apartments for 4 -5 persons each with all the amenities you need for your holidays. An Internet Connection ist also available for a small fee. The ski bus stop is located 150 m from our house - there is a restaurant roughly 800 m from our house. In summer there's a trampline for children in our garden. You will have a wonderful view of the Ziller valley.
Our house rules
- The apartment key also opens the front door
- Please put skis and snowboards in the ski room; there is a boot dryer for your ski and mountain boots!
- Please take care to enter the apartments with house shoes.
- There is a vacuum cleaner in every apartment for cleaning during the week..
- Take care to switch off lights and electric devices when leaving the apartment!
- We ask you to help us separate the waste. We provide various containers for carton, paper, coloured glass, white glass, tins, plastic - additional fees for inadequate separation will be charged before departure!
- towels will be changed when desired, for a fee
- Payment of the remaining amount takes place after arrival. We accept only cash payments. We ask for a deposit of € 150,00 after receipt of the key.
- Your reservation is valid after the arrival of the deposit via charge-free transfer.
